Our Curriculum Steering Committees comprise of our internationally Accredited schools, and work directly with Fieldwork Education's Curriculum Team to trial, feedback and support the on-going improvement to curriculum design and implementation.
Melissa Payne is employed at the French International School, Hong Kong, where she is the Deputy Head of the Primary International Stream, and responsible for the implementation and leading of the IEYC. She is currently overseeing the first IEYC self-review and accreditation process for the school and is involved in the Primary IPC accreditation journey. Melissa has an extensive background in Early Years, teaching across multiple ages, and supporting the setup and development of Early Years settings. With a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education, Melissa’s areas of interest include the importance of play-based learning and teaching in an international context, as well as parent and teacher education within the Early Years.
