Regional Events

We support schools and their professional learning needs with localised training opportunities, hosted in regional locations with participants attending from a broad community of schools from across the region.

Our two-day face-to-face training courses offer schools and teachers professional learning, tailored according to their experience and needs, through our Professional Learning Pathway for the IEYC, IPC and IMYC. Professional learning can be arranged as an in-school event for a single school or through our regional events, with participants from multiple schools from across the region.

Fieldwork Education Professional Learning Pathway

Level 1: ‘Implementing’

Our ‘Implementing’ course provides an excellent foundation of learning for participants to understand the philosophy and process behind the curriculum and gain a clear idea of how to take action in their school. We recommend the ‘Implementing’ course for schools who are new to our international curriculum and/or teachers who are new to a school already implementing the IEYC, IPC or IMYC.

Level 2: ‘Embedding’

Our ‘Embedding’ course provides participants with some experience implementing the IEYC, IPC or IMYC an opportunity to enhance their understanding and improve their implementation, through considering and sharing international best-practice methods.

We recommend the ‘Embedding’ course for schools who have implemented our international curriculum for 1-2 years and/or teachers with some experience implementing the IEYC, IPC or IMYC.

Level 3: ‘Evolving’

Our ‘Evolving’ course provides experienced participants, deeply familiar with the IEYC, IPC or IMYC, an opportunity to progress their professional engagement with international curriculum and push their implementation and understanding of international education to new levels. We recommend the ‘Evolving’ course for schools and/or teachers experienced with the IEYC, IPC or IMYC, who are looking to align their implementation and understanding with international best-practice.

We run regional courses throughout the year - see below for the latest opportunities. Alternatively, you can access the training via a combination of online learning or blended learning to suit the needs of your school. Contact us to discuss these options further.
